IGNCA’s Reference library is famous for its collection of more than 30 thousand rare books of art and culture. It was established in memory of Smt. Indira Gandhi and is situated at the end of Mansingh road in Delhi. After enter into the library you will find yourself surrounded with the book some of them are published between 17th and 19th century AD. This rare collection contains copies which are collected from more than 45 libraries in India and 6 Libraries from outside India. Reader can access this material if IGNCA rules allow you to do so. Library also offers photocopying facility on payment basis after special permission of the librarian. Anyone can be the member of IGNCA library after paying a little amount as a membership fee. Further discounts are available for the membership of Students. After fulfilling some formalities one shall get the membership card which works as the entry ticket. But yes if someone lost his library card, a duplicate Identity Card will be issued after payment of Rs. 50/- in cash to the IGNCA on the specific note of the Librarian.
